Terms & Conditions

These terms form the contract between you and Romione OÜ when you buy a digital game key from joltkeys.com. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Estonian and European Union law.

1. The seller

Romione OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17578111, address Jõe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10151, Estonia, e-mail support@joltkeys.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products — activation keys and codes for computer and console games — supplied as digital content, not on a physical medium. Each product page states the platform, the region or country restrictions and the language of the product. It is your responsibility to check that the product matches your platform and region before ordering.

3. Who may order

By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Some products carry an age rating set by the publisher; you are responsible for respecting it.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include value added tax where applicable. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and, in that case, to cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Placing an order

Selecting a product and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail and deliver the key. We may decline an order if the product is unavailable, if the price was clearly incorrect or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

6. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through our payment service provider on an encrypted connection. We do not see or store your full card details. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

Your key is delivered by e-mail to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. If it has not arrived, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us and we will re-send it. If you have an account, your keys are also available under My account.

8. Activation and use

Activation instructions specific to each product are shown on its product page. Keys may be restricted to a particular platform, store account, country or region, as stated on the product page. A key may normally be activated only once; once it has been revealed and redeemed it cannot be exchanged. You may not resell keys purchased from us or use the store for fraudulent purposes.

9. Right of withdrawal and its limits

As a consumer buying at a distance you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent at checkout, and it is the reason your key is delivered within minutes.

If delivery has not yet begun, you may still withdraw within 14 days by writing to support@joltkeys.com.

10. If something is wrong with a key

We are liable for products that do not conform to the contract. If a key does not work, has already been used or does not match its description, see our Return Policy — we replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act apply in full and are not limited by these terms.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and in all other cases to the extent required by mandatory law. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party platforms and stores on which keys are redeemed, nor for changes those platforms make to their own terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Intellectual property

The JOLTKEYS name, design and content of this website belong to Romione OÜ. Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at support@joltkeys.com — most issues are resolved within a day. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may amend these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
